The best practice to grow your customer is by using email marketing. Its easy and I am sure every one can do it by using free tools. I am going to introduce you two email marketing tools that are very efficient and can scrape 80% correct emails.
You want to target audience of any specific niche right?? and you can target any country with both these tools. They are awesome and believe me if you put few hours then you can make lot of sales with these tools.

If you have a list of URLs then you can scrape emails from all those URLs by using this tool. This tool has built in Whois scraper that scrape owner name, phone, location and email of any website.
